The company’s purpose is through environmentally friendly technology to operate a circular, financially profitable, sustainable activities in material recycling processes of plastic and other organic materials.

The company produces and sells end products from the chemical processes that convert plastic and organic material into liquid carbon compounds, together with industrial partners.

Polyfuels Group AB’s Board Members has broad experience in entrepreneurship, sales, international business, investments and stock market.

Cai Hellner​

Chairman of the Board

* Extensiv international Business experience, in pulp & paper, energy, mining, and Venture industries.

* Well connected in the sectors of manufacturing, construction, financing and supplies. Years of executive positions within Metso Corporation (Valmet) and later the Perini Group (NTG, Perini Navi, Futura, Perini Business Park)​

Geir Jakobsen

Board Member

* 40 years of experience in building, energy economics and real estate development. 10 last year of sustainable environmental projects and funding of these including Depo Anlagenbau, now Depo Solutions AS and Depo Solutions GMBH. (Plastic recycling for “green diesel”).​

* Participant in GJ Capital AS, Global Green Capital AS and JHH AS (Real Estate Development Company)

Håkan Tollefsen​

Board Member

* With almost 25 years of extensive entrepreneurship experience, and has worked as the top-­‐level management in multiple firms specialized in telecom and IT , financial-services , media , retail and real-estate.

* Has a a wealth of experience in strategic management, business judgment and corporate development and has held various board positions in both public and private companies internationally.

Geir Langeland

Board Member

* Graduated from Oslo University; major in political science, public law and communication.

* Broad experience in sales; public relations and business development​ Experience with waste management projects in Sweden, Turkey and Estonia before founding Polyfuels Group AB almost 4 years ago.

* CEO until sept this year. Now focusing on business development and company strategies.​

Per Sandberg​

Board Member

* Former Norwegian Minister of Fisheries, member of the Norwegian Cabinet 2015-2018, extensive experience from politics and committees, both in Norway and abroad. During his ministry post, he was, among other things, involved in plastic projects focusing on ocean and landfill waste.

Tommy Näslund

Board Member

* Senior Management Consultant​.

* Considerable national and international experience as CEO and Board Member for the last 35 years in start-ups and small companies.​
